Epyllion SEED Club

Students Engagement in Environmental Development

Epyllion SEED Club has introduced on Environment Day 2023 with the aim of nurturing a green alpha generation for a better world. The core objective of Epyllion SEED Club is to create a network of passionate young students from different schools in Narayanganj for versatile environmental activities. Primarily Epyllion SEED Club has been introduced in 6 schools at Nabiganj, Narayanganj. SEED Club will engage students through building awareness and environmental activities. we want our students to grow a sense of profound responsibility and their own impact on the environment and volunteerism.

Project OXYGEN

One of the simplest but most important task we can do for the earth is planting tree. Creating green environment is the basic for ensuring sustainable living. At Epyllion Group we have been planting more and more trees since long, while doing so question came is our mind, is that enough just planting or we could do more. Eventually that question has leaded us to the Project Oxygen. Project Oxygen aims for taking under the tagging system of all trees we have so far. This tag will include information of each tree like, name, scientific name, family, origin, genus, species, expected life expectancy and benefits. Project oxygen will monitor over sustainable growth of trees which have planted so far and ensure protocol for removing any tree. Project oxygen also aims for calculating statistical statements of oxygen production and positive impacts of our trees in long run.

Plant for Planet

Students in schools transform old plastic drums to tree containers by painting, planting and decorating their school gardens. This initiative aims to involve students in plantation and nature conservation through painting and planting saplings with reusing waste drums.
